Hi, I'm Dr. Cody Weisbach. My mission is to help tennis players and pickleballers play as much as they want, as hard as they want, without pain and injury.

Tennis and pickleball are two of the best sports you can play to stay healthy and live longer IF you can avoid injury.

Both tennis and pickleball have high injury rates, so if you want to play a lot and play hard you need to make sure you are fit enough to handle it.

Otherwise the sport you love can become painful and unhealthy.

Luckily you don't have to dedicate your life to the gym or sacrifice time on the court.

You just need to learn some smart recovery strategies and focus on exercises that actually matter for your game.
